Designer with a focus on communication, entrepreneurship, and innovation, recent graduate from Universidad de los Andes. Interested in ESG-based (Environmental, Social, and Governance) strategies at the intersection of design, social impact, and the environment. To Michelle, design serves as a bridge for dialogue and co-creation, facilitating connections across disciplines and cultures.

Her approach integrates design thinking methodologies, qualitative exploration, and co-creation processes with communities to identify and articulate challenges from diverse perspectives, transforming them into practical and innovative solutions.

Michelle is currently part of the Corporation for Social and Sustainable Entrepreneurship (CORPDES), focusing on supporting the design and management of social entrepreneurship projects that contribute to triple impact: economic, social, and environmental, in her home country Colombia.
